Sometimes I find some strange characters in the African Proverb List, like š, ž, and capital G and Ē in the center of words. These are no African letters, so I have to convert them into special characters
(I suppose special accented characters).
Can anybody explain this, is there a list to convert them into normal language?
I am interested. I give some examples of Ewe proverbs with this abracadabra.
Thanking you in advance,
